In this Privacy Policy (Hereinafter referred to as “Policy”), Espressif Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “Espressif”) and our subsidiaries, provide information about how we collect, use, store & process and transfer personal data. For this Policy, we use the term “personal data” broadly to cover the many privacy and data protection laws applicable to us. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual ; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person."
